Written by: Adel Khelifi on November 3, 2026

Internal competitions, training at the National School of Administration, appointments in hospitals, municipalities and agricultural services: the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic (JORT) No. 106 of October 30, 2026 collects a number of decisions concerning the careers of public servants and the organization of administrations.

Several application deadlines are set as of November.

The tally of decrees shows 89 posts open for internal promotion: 77 at the Ministry of the Family, nine at the National Documentation Center and three at the National Institute for Consumer Affairs. These procedures are distinct from the 68 places in continuing education at the ENA and the two posts of assistants to military higher education, also filled by internal competition.

It is therefore not a general recruitment campaign open to all job seekers, but mainly competitions and trainings aimed at the professional progression of the agents concerned.

The Essentials

89 posts offered for internal promotion in three public structures.

68 places in continuing education at the National School of Administration starting December 1, 2026.

2 posts for assistants to military higher education in information technology.

The initial deadlines: applications will close on November 27, 2026 for the military higher education competition, then on November 30 for the competitions of the Ministry of the Family and of the National Institute for Consumer Affairs. The procedures of the National Documentation Center follow a distinct calendar in December.

The file details the posts and grades concerned, the dates of the competitions and the major appointments published in the various administrations.
