Tabarka: Over 2,500 Free Medical Consultations in One Day

A multidisciplinary medical caravan carried out, this Sunday in Tabarka, 2,569 free medical consultations for the benefit of citizens, as part of bringing together specialized health services and strengthening access to care.

This initiative was organized, according to a press release published by the Ministry of Health, in partnership between the Monastir Faculty of Medicine and the association “Tunisia for All”, in coordination with the relevant health and regional structures.

This caravan enabled 820 ophthalmology consultations, 363 in orthopedic surgery and 355 in internal medicine, in addition to other consultations, notably in cardiology and cardiovascular diseases (262 consultations), in gynecology (210 consultations), in dermatology (197 consultations) and in gastroenterology (145 consultations).
