Tunis Stock Exchange: Tunindex Opens the Week Higher

Market Landscape

The stock market opened the week on a positive tone. The benchmark index posted, on Monday May 4, 2026, a rise of 0.61% to 16,154.95 points.

The day was marked by a relatively brisk pace of trading, totaling 9.7 million dinars (MD).

Stock Performance

The SOTET stock led the market rankings. The share jumped 5.92% to 10.740 D, in a turnover of 639 thousand dinars. The BL stock stood out among the best performers of the session. The share rose 3.24% to 2.550 D, while attracting trades of 2 thousand dinars.

The SOKNA share was among the session’s laggards. It fell 4.63% to 3.710 D, on a volume of 11 thousand dinars. SOMOC also showed a downward trajectory for the session. The share declined 4.29% to 0.670 D. The stock gathered a modest turnover of 24 thousand dinars during the session.

The PGH title notably animated the session. The stock stabilized at 26.950 D, while fueling the market with capital of 1.4 MD.

DELICE HOLDING – The Board of Directors, meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, which show an individual net income as of December 31, 2025 of 64.8 MD, versus 58.9 MD as of December 31, 2024, representing an increase of 9.98%.

The group’s net income attributable to the owners of the company as of December 31, 2025 reached 120.8 MD, versus 101 MD on December 31, 2024, representing an increase of 19.59%.

The Board has decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.550 D per share for the 2025 financial year. This proposal will be submitted for shareholders’ approval at the Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for June 11, 2026.
