Presidential aid in favor of reciters of the Holy Quran

TUNISIAONLINENEWS – On the occasion of Eid El Adha, the Ministry of Religious Affairs hosted on Wednesday, a ceremony of  distributing of presidential grants to 79 persons, known for their regular recitation of the Holy Koran at  the Great “Zaitouna” Mosque in Tunis and “the Zine El Abidine Mosque” in Carthage.

Chairing the ceremony, Mr. Boubaker El Akhzouri, Minister of Religious Affairs, highlighted the lofty symbolic value of this presidential gesture.

He also stressed the importance of achieving the noble values of Islam;  among which, that of solidarity which distinguishes Tunisian society especially during religious events.
